LA auf Baudenkmäler
[edit]Hallo @Grunpfnul: , ich hoffe, du hattest ein paar festliche und entspannte Tage mit deiner Familie.
Ich benötige aktuell mal deine Hilfe und Expertise: auf einigen Fotos des Baudenkmals Höfchensweg 71-73 wurde ein LA gestellt, ich bin mir da unsicher, ob dies nicht überzogen ist und würde gerne Deine Meinung dazu lesen, wenn es dir nichts ausmacht. Commons ist für mich immer noch ein "Buch mit seiben Siegeln". Auch ist mein "altes Schulenglisch" nicht mehr sattelfest und ich weiß nicht, ob ich alles richtig formuliert habe. - Hallo Arthur,
- nach dem unerwartet trubeligen Jahresende, hat das Weihnachtsfest vieles wieder wett gemacht :-)
- Was die Panoramafreiheit betrifft, scheint hier der Hauptärger beim Standort des Fotografen begründet: Die deutsche Panoramafreiheit greift in der Tat nur bei Bildern, bei denen der Fotograf (ohne Hilfsmittel) diese nur von öffentlichem Grund aus erstellt hat.
- Sprich: Gemeinde / Landes / Bundeseigentum = öffentlicher Grund.
- Da ich das Objekt nicht vor Ort kenne, kann ich wenig zu dem Standort sagen. Bin heute aber wahrscheinlich mal in Aachen unterwegs und schaue es mir mal an :) Grunpfnul (talk) 08:50, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
